Road Cutting Permission is a legal requirement in Pakistan (including Sindh) if you intend to dig or cut through a public road for any infrastructure-related work—such as laying water, sewerage, gas pipelines, electrical cables, fiber optic lines, or constructing driveways/access points.

For example: If a customer wants underground wiring from any utility Company from point A to Point B, then he will apply for NOC for road cutting from the concerned town which will be valid for XYZ number of months, and in this time, he can avail underground wiring.
